Louis Thomas Fine Men's Clothing
Louis Thomas, Inc. felt it was time to better connect with a client base that is over 50 years in the making. They needed their established presence to come through online. Scope 3 Design delivered an original site concept, logo design, graphic design, and HTML page coding. We also built an interactive form that accepts tuxedo measurements from out-of-towners looking to rent for a special occasion. After it was all developed, we configured the web hosting and email accounts to help them keep in touch with their fashionable audience.
- Defining the Problem
After 50 years of developing services for men in the area, Louis Thomas needed a clear way to present a depth of offerings. Above needing web presence, the store also wanted a central location to tell customers about events, community involvements, and a simple way to support their marketing capaigns.
- Defining the Audience
The site serves several clear audiences. (1) Men who are already aware of the store but occasionally need information such as store hours, current news about events, and store promotions. (2) Men who are looking for specific, hard to find, brand names. (3) Men renting tuxedo's for wedding parties.
- Exploring Creative Solutions
With the amount of information the customers needed, easy access to many different sections was mandatory. Directly from the homepage, the clean content organization gives all audiences entry to exactly what they're searching.
To serve people looking for hard to find brands the site features specific brands and the company followed up to make sure the new site was listed with its suppliers.
For the store's tuxedo renters, an online form was developed to allow out-of-town renters to submit size information - saving postage and time for the store.
